I still havent received a call back.Īfter I checked in housekeeping was requested daily, towels and wash clothes were not replaced. After a maze of prompts I left a message. It was explained housekeeping service would need to be requested daily if service was wanted.Ĭloser to my arrival date I called to make dinner resevations and get local recommendations. When I made my reservation I was informed that the Spa and Gym were closed, in room dining was not available and valet parking was not available.
